In her earlier career, she was a CPA, working as a public accountant (now Big 4 firm) and as a controller. Isabel has taught business courses at several universities and presented at state and local human resources conferences.

Isabel is a Certified Professional Coach. She is also certified in EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence), Hogan and Myers Briggs Type Indicator assessments. She has a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago, an MBA in Accounting from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor's degree in Finance and Organizational Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jill has a Ph.D and a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Tulane University and a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Duke University.
